Job description

  • Create solutions across all aspects of the business that benefit store operations retail partners and our customers.
  • Provide 24/7 global support for critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
  • Drive the design and deployment of technology solutions that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology and business to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Drive business capabilities by systems analysis, solution design, and process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's and progressive experience in a systems analyst or related role.

Must have 5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements, translating business requirements into technical and functional design language, designing solutions based on business requirements, and managing delivery of designed solutions, for large-scale and cross-functional projects involving at least one of the following: client groups exceeding 100,000 users, or project teams of more than 100 individuals, or business transactions surpassing $10 million in sales.

Must have 2 years of experience in working within a large technology organization, and interacting with multiple external vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Must have 2 years of experience in using Agile methodologies.

Must have 2 years of experience with user-centric design concepts and prototyping, including translating user requirements into actionable solutions and guiding development teams through the development process.

Must have 2 years of experience in project management experience, including managing project timeline, creating and upkeeping all project documentation and reports to communicate to stakeholders, coordinating project team members and vendors on deliverables, and leading troubleshoot resolution to ensure timely delivery.

Must have 2 years of experience in using JIRA, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics, or SQL.

Must be able and willing to travel domestically up to 15%.

Must be able and willing to travel internationally up to 5%.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week.

Benefits & conditions

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $147,571 - $182,900 per year.
