Requirements

Seeking a senior hands-on engineer with 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and modern AI platforms. The role focuses on designing, developing, and operating production-grade Agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLM infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows in cloud-native environments. Required expertise includes Python, TypeScript, Go, REST/gRPC APIs, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and ML/LLM technologies including RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, and inference tooling. Strong experience with backend engineering, distributed systems, workflow engines, async processing, observability, and enterprise-scale AI architecture is required. Experience in fintech or regulated environments is a plus.
