Job description

The Enterprise Systems team is responsible for the systems and tools that power our global workforce, keeping everything running, integrated, and scalable across DoorDash, Wolt and Deliveroo. We're a distributed team embedded in the Global IT organization, working closely with partners across Engineer, Finance, People, Security, and IT Operations., We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will own the administration, integration, and evolution of our Atlassian toolset, including a migration from Freshservice to Jira Service Management, while contributing to broader automation and workflow modernization across the business., * Administer, integrate, and optimize our Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and co-lead the migration from Freshservice

  • Design and execute tool migrations and improvements across internal business functions
  • Build and maintain automation using GitHub, Terraform, YAML, and Python
  • Support core enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
  • Partner with stakeholders across IT, Eng, HR, Finance, and Security to ensure tools are aligned to business needs

Requirements

Do you have experience in YAML?, * You have 4-7 years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience in enterprise environments

  • You have deep expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud - including configuration, integration, and migration
  • You're comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with globally distributed teams
  • You have experience with Atlassian REST APIs, service accounts, and scripting-based automation (Python or similar)
  • You have exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, YAML)
  • You're familiar with enterprise tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
  • You communicate clearly, work autonomously, and can drive technical projects from start to finish
  • You're genuinely excited about applying AI to real business workflows - not just experimenting with it, but shipping it, * Experience with follow-the-sun support models or distributed on-call coverage
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
  • Prior experience with Freshservice or other ITSM platforms
