Job description
- Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Software installation and mobile device support
- Remote and onsite end-user support
- Customer service - ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
- Assist with projects:
- Refresh of ~900 computers
- Transition from Blue Shield of California to Stellaris environment
- Act as a "jack of all trades," supporting both field service and project work
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting experience
- Software installation and mobile device support background
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (technical + non-technical)
- Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly
- Team player with ability to pick up tasks immediately
Nice-to-Have Skills
- College degree in a technical field (preferred, but high school diploma acceptable with strong experience)
- Prior experience supporting large refresh projects or enterprise transitions
- Exposure to hybrid environments with both onsite and remote support
