We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PC/Phone/Console Repair Technician to join our team! - Perform software troubleshooting on operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS to resolve system errors or glitches.
- Conduct soldering repairs on circuit boards and replace damaged components with precision.
- Use technical analysis skills to identify root causes of device failures and implement effective solutions.
- Assist customers with technical support inquiries both in-store and via field service calls, providing clear explanations of repair processes.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs and ensure accurate component replacement.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic steps taken for each device.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Proven experience repairing mobile devices (Android and iOS), computers (Windows and macOS), and gaming consoles. (Not Mandatory but preferable)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems, and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Skilled in soldering techniques and working with small electronic components on circuit boards. (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, anti-static wrist straps, and multimeters for precise repairs.
- Ability to analyze device issues efficiently using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Prior experience in retail sales environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to provide technical support clearly and professionally.
