Job description
The HR Specialist will provide Tier 1 support for HR systems, learning management systems, and day-to-day HR inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate transactional support throughout the employee lifecycle., * Provide Tier 1 HR support for employee inquiries across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Manage and resolve HR tickets within Zendesk while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, transfers, and promotions
- Assist employees with HR policies, procedures, and system navigation
- Support HRIS administration and troubleshooting, particularly within ADP
- Process data imports and maintain HR system data integrity
- Audit HR transactions and records for accuracy and compliance
- Configure and support Zendesk ticketing workflows and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and cross-functional teams to improve support processes
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in HRIS, ticketing, and employee support who thrive in high-volume, service-oriented environments., * High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of relevant HR, HRIS, or shared services experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP strongly preferred)
- Experience in HR helpdesk or shared services environments
- Zendesk ticketing system experience strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally

- Prior HR operations or employee support experience
- Experience supporting learning management systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of multi-state HR policies, practices, and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
