Job description
For our managed services (Factory) team, we are looking for a Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, mainly for banking and financial services clients.
The Factory team implements, manages and evolves infrastructure solutions. As Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects in parallel and act as the coordinator between our internal engineering teams, Change Manager, Service Delivery Managers and customers when needed., * Coordinate and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects and changes simultaneously.
- Follow up on planning, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineers, stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare and lead customer meetings, status updates and steering moments.
- Ensure clear communication, reporting and documentation.
- Support smooth delivery within agreed scope, timing and budget.
- Be part of the RUN & BUILD organisation of the teams and propose improvements to the existing delivery process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, This role is well suited for someone with a good understanding of IT infrastructure, who enjoys coordination, communication and keeping overview - without requiring a very heavy technical background. You'll have knowledge and experience of the following

Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in an IT or infrastructure-related environment.

General understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, …).

Comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives.

Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Clear and professional communication style.

Fluent in English. French is a plus, but not required.

Willing and able to work at least 2 days per week in Louvain-la-Neuve.
