Major Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated software tests, including test plans and test cases, to ensure Agilent products meet quality objectives, customer requirements, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements
- Use test tools and frameworks based on functional and design specifications, and measure, track, and report test coverage across relevant dimensions
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done, ensuring testability, consistency, and completeness
- Analyze test results, assess and communicate risk during execution, and document outcomes, defects, and deviations to support follow-up actions and product improvements
- Review and approve peer test results where applicable, and complete assignments with clearly defined objectives while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test automation?, Do you have a Master's degree?, To strengthen our team, we are seeking self-motivated, energetic, * Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent university degree, typically with 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments, with proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket for requirements management, collaboration, and test coverage tracking
- Hands-on experience with laboratory analytical instrumentation is highly desirable; experience with test automation frameworks and/or software programming is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in diverse international teams
- Excellent English communication skills; German language proficiency is an advantage
