Job description

  • Providing technical support for our internal procurement applications.
  • You will be responsible to manage escalations and complaints, working directly with our stakeholders to resolve service issues.
  • Analyze and make recommendations to process and application improvements.Create and maintain application and support documentation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * At least 3 years of 2nd or 3rd level application support experience and are familiar with the concepts of ITIL, DevOps or Agile .

  • English language proficiency is required.
  • Some experience in enterprise application/IT support (1-3 years)
  • Familiar with ITIL processes and CRM tools (Snow or Atlassian)

Nice to have:

  • Experience administrating cloud applications or other SaaS products.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and system integrations.Exposure to Procurement processes ideal but not required.
