You will collaborate closely with colleagues across purchasing, sales, logistics and finance, all of whom rely on Business Central to perform their daily work. The team is technically strong, communication lines are short, and colleagues work closely together to quickly arrive at practical solutions. This role exists because Global Factories is growing rapidly and Business Central plays an increasingly central role in daily operations. Your work enables colleagues to operate more efficiently and effectively. By improving and refining processes, you make everyday tasks clearer, faster and less prone to errors. Without this role, processes remain fragmented; with you in place, the organization gains structure, continuity and an ERP environment that truly supports the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Optimizing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across purchasing, sales, logistics, and finance processes.
• Translating diverse business needs into clear and sustainable solutions within Business Central.
• Building and improving reports and dashboards in Power BI, with a strong focus on data quality and usability.
• Automating manual processes by improving workflows, including the use of Power Automate.

Do you have experience in Visual Studio?, * At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

• Proven coding experience using Visual Studio Code or AL
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a strong plus
• Experience with process optimization in ERP environments
• Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus
