Job description
We're working with a well-established ServiceNow consultancy who are continuing to invest and further grow their ServiceNow technical teams. They're involved in a range of enterprise engagements, so this role is all about getting stuck into different client environments and making a real impact on how their platforms evolve. In this role, you won't just sit behind the scenes, you'll embed directly into client teams, taking ownership of technical delivery across ITSM and broader ServiceNow modules. The work is a mix of being involved with project delivery and ongoing platform improvement, so there's plenty of variety. Most of the work is delivered in a hybrid model, typically involving a couple days per week on-site in Amsterdam, with the rest remote. What you'll be doing You'll be working closely with client teams day-to-day, taking ownership of technical delivery and helping drive the platform forward. That includes:

Building and implementing enhancements across ITSM, CSM and the wider ServiceNow platform

Investigating and resolving incidents to keep things running smoothly

Translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Working across both out-of-the-box functionality and custom development

Delivering integrations using APIs and IntegrationHub

Supporting release cycles and ongoing platform improvements

Collaborating with stakeholders and guiding junior developers where needed
Requirements
We're after someone who's already comfortable operating in a technical ServiceNow role and can hold their own in a client-facing environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience as a ServiceNow Senior Developer or Technical Consultant

Strong ITSM and CSM experience

Confident in turning business requirements into technical solutions

Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, IntegrationHub)

ServiceNow CSA certification

Must speak fluent Dutch
