We are a global market leader, recognised for delivering premium corporate services to a sophisticated international client base. Our central database is the engine behind our operational success. This critical infrastructure drives everything from internal workflows and financial transactions to client reporting and global service delivery. To support our continued growth, we are expanding our UK data team and seeking two detail-oriented Database Specialists to own and maintain high-quality data for our key markets.
As a Database Specialist, you will join a dynamic, collaborative team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and ongoing quality of core corporate records and system information. You will gather, verify, and update data from external partners, clients, and internal teams to maintain a best-in-class database that powers our global operations.
This is a detail-focused role that perfectly blends data management, research, professional communication, and routine operational tasks. Your work will directly impact our service performance and overall customer satisfaction., * Core Database Management: Maintain precise organisation and partner profiles, including contact data, complex pricing structures, tax/VAT applicability, and metadata.
- Data Integrity & Research: Research, validate, and onboard new profile details into the system. Execute regular data-cleaning initiatives to improve system consistency.
- Operational Support: Manage incoming business correspondence, process account adjustments, handle system corrections quickly, and update active accounts with current-cycle pricing.
- Partner Engagement: Liaise directly with external partners to resolve data queries, verify system changes, and build strong professional relationships to improve operational processes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Account Management teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related discrepancies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tax experience?, * Exceptional Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical in this role, as our database underpins our entire global service model.
- Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with database management tools or CRM platforms is a major plus.
- Strong Communicator: Confident and professional communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive individual who enjoys researching information, spotting trends, and resolving discrepancies.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to prioritise time-critical tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
Experience (Preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in data administration, data quality, or financial administration.
- Experience managing business, client, or corporate databases.
- Familiarity with financial data (e.g., pricing structures, commercial terms, or tax/VAT rules).
- Experience working in a cross-regional or global support environment.
