Provision and manage user accounts (e.g. Microsoft 365 setup, permissions, access control)Build, configure, and deploy laptops and other end-user devices.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for internal & external users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Support and maintain internal systems and business applications.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain IT documentation and support procedures.
Assist with software installations, updates, and patching.
Monitor and respond to support tickets within agreed SLAs.
Work closely with other teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Set up and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) including MDM enrolment.
This role may include Adhoc out-of-hours support.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Liverpool. This hands-on role will support the day-to-day running of our IT infrastructure, providing 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and internal systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high-quality support experience to colleagues and users alike., Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (user management, email, Teams, etc.)
Experience building and configuring laptops (Windows environment).
Good understanding of Active Directory / Entra IDFamiliarity with ticketing systems and support workflows.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with helpdesk/ITSM platforms (e.g. Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
Desirable Skills:
Experience supporting cloud-based applications.
Exposure to security best practices and access controls.
Experience in a growing or fast-paced environment.
Any relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or ITIL Foundation.
