Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, systems, and reporting processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our training operations by ensuring information is accurately managed and submitted in line with organisational and government requirements.
As a Systems Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing information through our Trainee Management System (TAMS) and Internal Qualifications System (IQS). You will support the effective administration of training programmes, funding claims, qualifications, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and funding requirements.
Main Duties Include:
· Operate and maintain the Trainee Management System (TAMS) and Internal Qualifications System (IQS), ensuring all data is accurate and entered within required timescales.
· Manage, organise, update, and securely store information in line with organisational policies and government guidelines.
· Produce and distribute weekly statistical reports for the Finance and Operations teams.
· Liaise with Careers Service representatives, Training Programmes Branch, and external suppliers as required.
· Prepare and submit monthly TAMS claims in accordance with funding deadlines.
· Input and submit Personal Training Plans (PTPs) and Essential Skills course information within specified timescales.
· Process funding claims accurately and in line with departmental requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Rutledge Training is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Systems Operator to join our team on a temporary maternity cover contract., * GCSE (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- A minimum of two years' administrative experience
- Strong IT skills (proficient in Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and time management abilities
· Previous experience working with government-funded training programmes (Desirable), * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
