Job description

We are seeking to hire an RTE with below expertise.

  • Results-driven Release Train Engineer (RTE) with expertise in Agile transformation, release management, PI Planning, and cross-functional program execution.
  • Skilled in driving Agile Release Trains (ARTs), managing dependencies, optimizing delivery flow, and ensuring production stability through effective collaboration with engineering, product, and testing teams.Strong background in Agile coaching, DevOps, change management, continuous improvement, and mentoring Scrum Masters in enterprise environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Transitioning development teams to Agile?, * Active involvement in Project Management with a strong track record of delivering projects/releases per expectations.

  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving business process improvement and organizational change.
  • Agile experience in a change agent role driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, concepts, frameworks, and ceremonies.
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks and pivoting fluidly to support changing business and project requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of change management policies, processes, environments, tools, and risk control frameworks.
  • SAFe SM RTE certification
  • Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile experience.
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence
  • Familiar with ITSM Remedy
  • Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team

Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
