Robotics Software Engineer

We're looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to program, test, and develop complex and truly incredible industrial automation systems. What You Will Do

Some of what you will do in this role include:

• Programing and testing:
• Fixed-based robotics cells
• Python, C++, Beckhoff Structured Text, etc
• Unit testing frameworks
• Collaborate on code through GIT
• User interface design
• AI development tools / Vibe coding
• Assisting in the definition of project scope, objectives, and allocation of resources

Do you have experience in Software coding?, Do you have a Bachelor of Science?, * BS in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

• Long-term passion for programming hardware
• Software programming experience, * Experience with Python, C, C++, or Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
• Experience with GIT or similar software collaboration tools
• Experience with UI/UX, electrical, machine control, and/or fixed-base robotics
• Experience with agentic AI systems, LLM-based automation workflows, and/or AI tool integrations (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
• A DevOps mindset, including test-driven development, continuous integration/deployment, automated testing, and collaborative release practices
• A love of programming and building crazy projects at home on your own time
