Job description
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Manage computer systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of hardware components.
- Support network administration tasks such as configuring LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS settings, TCP/IP protocols, and Cisco Meraki devices.
- Assist with Active Directory management, GPO implementation, SCCM deployment, and Windows Server administration to streamline IT operations.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components like servers, switches, routers, and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize help desk tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and BMC Remedy to track issues and document resolutions efficiently.
- Conduct analysis of system logs and network traffic to identify potential vulnerabilities or performance bottlenecks.
- Support user account management activities including password resets, access permissions via Active Directory, and device provisioning.
- Collaborate with team members on network administration tasks involving LAN setup, TCP/IP configuration, DNS management, and firewall security measures.

- Hands-on experience with network administration including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS configuration, VPNs (Virtual Private Network), firewalls (including Meraki), and TCP troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as GPO for policy management.
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems.
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards and professionalism at all times.
