Job description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide front-line support to employees across our office and warehouse environments. This is a fully onsite role supporting both office and manufacturing users-remote work is not available.What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support (password resets, access issues, troubleshooting)
  • Support core systems:
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • SharePoint
  • NetSuite (user access and login support)
  • Troubleshoot:
  • PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
  • Network connectivity (Wi-Fi and wired)
  • Set up new users, devices, and workstations
  • Manage and resolve tickets using a help desk system (Freshdesk or similar)
  • Support shared devices (printers, copiers, scanners)
  • Assist with basic office networking (Wi-Fi, switches, patching)
  • Follow security protocols and company IT procedures

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Ability to work onsite daily

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent
