This remote opportunity is ideal for candidates experienced in desktop heavy, user experience work. Join a dynamic team focused on creating exceptional digital experiences across pharmacy and consumer healthcare. The role offers flexibility and the chance to work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across a project last 6-12 months with a chance to convert to direct hire., * Lead the design of complex desktop work, ensuring UI aligns with platform standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine user experiences from concept to deployment.
• Present and articulate design rationales effectively to stakeholders unfamiliar with design principles.
• Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and iteration.Participate in design reviews, user research, and strategy sessions to influence product direction.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * A strong portfolio showcasing desktop user experience expertise.

• Ideally candidates will have insurance or retail pharmacy experience
• At least 5 years of experience in native app design, including interaction and visual design.
• Proven track record of managing design projects from concept to launch.
• Three or more years leading design collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
