Software Testing Lead - Miami, Florida - Full time

Our IT consulting and services specialized in SQE (Software Quality Engineering), Data & Analytics (Tableau CRM, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Discovery AI), PPM implementations such as Plainview, Enterprise Content Management transformations (SharePoint/Box.com) and E2E Digital Transformation Projects from fully managed teams to individual expert engineers as an extended team of our esteemed clients., Position Overview: Lead and manage the manual testing team while establishing testing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Responsible for overall quality assurance strategy and team performance., * Lead and mentor a team of manual test engineers

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing processes
• Oversee test case creation, execution, and maintenance
• Manage test cycles and regression testing efforts
• Track and report testing metrics, defects, and quality indicators
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals
• Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvements
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of software testing experience
• 3+ years of experience leading testing teams
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and various testing types (functional, regression, integration)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, ALM)
• Strong defect tracking and management experience (JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and TestNG, with hands-on expertise in building scalable frameworks, utilizing Maven for build management, integrating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and implementing modern automation using Playwright with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• ISTQB/CSTE certification
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Experience in test process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of API testing and web services testing
• SAP FICO (FI-primary) on S/4HANA: GL/AP/AR/O2C/P2P/Cloud ALM
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules
