Network Technician/Engineer

• Install, replace, and support physical network switches and ports across organizational infrastructure
• Assist System Engineers with diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
• Support workspace power systems and wireless connectivity initiatives in coordination with the network team
• Document completed work using photos, notes, and shared tracking spreadsheets
• Verify equipment is installed in the correct locations according to infrastructure standards
• Perform and verify basic installation and connectivity procedures
• Communicate installation concerns, delays, or technical issues to the Systems Engineering and Network teams
• Identify, transport, and deliver required hardware equipment for project assignments
• Safely load, transport, and secure equipment in company vehicles
• Maintain accurate records of delivered and installed hardware
• Coordinate schedules, installations, and infrastructure layouts with Systems Engineers
• Assist with setup and deployment of new infrastructure equipment
• Communicate project status updates, completion timelines, and any outstanding issues
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to other Network Team members as needed

Do you have experience in SolarWinds?, * Cisco certification preferred

• Experience with low-voltage power systems, multimedia connectivity, and SolarWinds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
