Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration Specialist to support and enhance the integration of IT and operational technologies across our manufacturing facilities. This role serves as a bridge between traditional enterprise IT systems and plant-floor operations, ensuring reliable connectivity, secure communications, and seamless data flow between business systems, manufacturing equipment, and industrial control platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server administration, network infrastructure, and systems integration, along with exposure to industrial automation environments including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and manufacturing technologies., Systems Integration & Infrastructure
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise and operational technology systems across manufacturing environments.
- Integrate business applications, production systems, industrial devices, and plant-floor technologies.
- Support connectivity between manufacturing systems, databases, reporting platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Assist with infrastructure modernization projects and technology upgrades.
- Troubleshoot communication issues between operational systems and corporate networks.
Active Directory & Windows Administration
- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments including user accounts, group policies, authentication, and permissions.
- Support Windows Server environments and related services including DNS, DHCP, file services, and certificate management.
- Manage system access controls and user provisioning processes.
- Assist with Active Directory integration for manufacturing and operational technology systems.
Networking & Communications
- Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Support industrial Ethernet communications across manufacturing facilities.
- Maintain reliable communications between plant-floor equipment and enterprise systems.
- Monitor network performance and assist with system optimization initiatives.
Manufacturing Systems Support
- Support manufacturing technology infrastructure including PLC-connected devices, HMIs, industrial workstations, printers, scanners, cameras, and monitoring systems.
- Assist controls engineers and operations teams with system deployments, startups, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support data collection and reporting systems used in manufacturing operations.
- Participate in equipment commissioning and production support activities.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Assist with implementation of cybersecurity best practices across IT and OT environments.
- Support network segmentation, secure remote access, and device authentication initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain system security controls within manufacturing operations.
- Participate in vulnerability remediation and compliance activities.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems integration, or manufacturing technology environments.
- Strong Active Directory and Windows Server administration experience.
- Experience supporting network infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial environments preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills., * Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams.
- Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Passion for technology, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to support uptime-critical manufacturing operations.
