Technical Lead (Node.js+AWS+GenAI)

Job Profile: Prism Cloud Consulting is seeking a visionary and hands-on Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our cloud-native solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and who thrives in an environment that demands both high-level strategy and deep-dive technical ownership., Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Architectural Ownership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust Microservices and Serverless architectures on AWS.

• Hands-on Development: Maintain a strong technical presence by writing clean, production-grade code in Node.js and conducting rigorous code reviews.

• Data Management: Architect and optimize data solutions using both MongoDB (NoSQL) and traditional Relational Databases.

• End-to-End Delivery: Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work independently to solve complex bottlenecks and communicate technical roadmaps to stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Virtual Private Clouds?, * Experience: 7-10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead capacity.

• Cloud Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, etc.).

• Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and building scalable Microservices.

• Modern Architecture: Proven track record in designing and deploying Serverless architectures.

• Database Proficiency: Strong experience with MongoDB and SQL/Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

• Ownership Mentality: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and take ultimate responsibility for project success.
