Network Support Technician

• Respond to agency IT support requests
• Identify risks and troubleshoot agency hardware, software, and network
• Support agency IT security efforts
• Positively communicate internally and externally

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for technology savvy individual to join our team as a Network Support Technician. A successful candidate will have experience responding to the IT needs of an organization in a variety of settings and experience with network management., * 1+ years of related on the job experience responding to general support needs

• Network experience
• An Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other related areas a plus
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and work with long periods of sitting or standing
• Strong interpersonal boundaries

• Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations
• A valid NY State Driver's License, a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program, and reliable transportation
