Job description

Provide first-level technical support for users on hardware, software, and network issues.

Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems, printers, and network devices.

Monitor and report system performance, connectivity, and basic security alerts.

Support day-to-day IT operations including user account management in Active Directory, email setup (Microsoft 365), and access permissions.

Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, and peripheral issues.

Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in hardware/software updates.

Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as per standard procedure.

Follow IT policies, documentation, and security guidelines.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS 365 environment.

Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).

Awareness of antivirus tools and basic cybersecurity hygiene.

Good problem-solving, communication, and employee-handling skills.

Knowledge of CCNA certificate.

Qualification:

Education: BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or pursuing BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT.

Experience: Fresher / Final-year student / Recent graduate with strong technical interest in system administration.
