Job description
- Support and administer Windows Server/Client, AD, Microsoft 365/Exchange, SQL, RDS
- Manage monitoring, patching, backups, performance, and capacity
- Troubleshoot escalations across servers, networking, identity, and security
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
- Support Hyper-V/VMware and contribute to automation (PowerShell/RMM)
- Strengthen security: MFA, identity hardening, patching, endpoint protection
- Manage Microsoft Entra, conditional access, and Azure workload optimization
- Participate in on-call rotation after 3 months
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * 6+ years in IT/System Engineering (Microsoft-focused)
- Experience with Hyper-V or VMware
- PowerShell and automation/RMM proficiency
- Strong networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- Solid cybersecurity awareness and operational discipline
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
