Job description

The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing Reliability and Maintainability requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Your impact will include:

  • Perform Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses on vehicle components and subsystems
  • Conduct FMECA, RCM, and LORA assessments to guide maintenance strategies
  • Analyze field and test failure data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Participate in design reviews to influence maintainability and serviceability
  • Support root cause and corrective action activities with design teams
  • Develop operator, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation
  • Provide technical input during prototype, pilot, and production phases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Test & Development, Engineering, Aftermarket, and Suppliers
  • Communicate directly with customers on requirements, findings, and execution plans
  • Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and customers
  • Support condition-based maintenance (CBM) initiatives
  • Work independently and proactively report program status and risks

Requirements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering?, We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer with proven, hands-on experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) engineering to support complex vehicle systems. This role is best suited for a data-driven, analytically focused engineer with deep experience in FMECA, RCM, and LORA-not someone predominantly focused on design, manufacturing, or shop-floor work., * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

  • 3+ years of direct Reliability & Maintainability engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience performing DFMEA
  • Experience analyzing complex vehicular systems and system integration
  • 3+ years supporting heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or similar vehicle platforms
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skillset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models

Standout Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Advanced technical writing experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with diesel or agricultural equipment systems
  • Experience with reliability or documentation-related programming tools (e.g., VBA, Arbortext)
  • Experience with product lifecycle tools such as Windchill, Creo, or Windchill Quality Solutions
  • Vendor development or supplier support experience

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually

  • Bonus: Target 5% annual bonus
