The Release Coordinator Change Coordinator is responsible for managing endtoend change and release activities ensuring all changes are compliant with enterprise standards policies and timelines This role acts as the central point of coordination across development QA and stakeholders to enable smooth compliant and highquality releases

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Development Teams Product Owners and Scrum Masters to create manage and submit highquality CRQs Change Requests with accurate and complete details
Coordinate endtoend release activities including planning scheduling approvals implementation and postproduction validation
Drive CRQ lifecycle management ensuring timely approvals risk mitigation and clear audit trails
Facilitate dependency management risk identification and issue resolution related to releases and CRQs
Provide regular status updates on releases timelines risks and blockers to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management policies and standards for all releases
Lead release readiness activities including QA validation resource alignment communication planning and evidence collection
Perform quality checks to reduce failures in QA and production by validating completeness and accuracy prior to submission
Support postrelease activities including validation incident tracking and lessons learned
Act as a central communication point to ensure alignment across teams and minimize disruptions during release cycles
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline release and CRQ workflows
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Strong experience in Release Coordination Change Management in enterprise environments
Handson experience with CRQ tools and processes eg Remedy or equivalent
Solid understanding of SDLC and release lifecycle processes
Experience working in Agile environments Scrum SAFe Kanban
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA Confluence SharePoint and change management systems
Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and compliance
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Bank of America Enterprise Change and Release Management processes
Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance practices
Experience with automation reporting tools or MIS tools eg Excel Access
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
Strong problemsolving skills and proactive mindset
Ability to build strong partnerships across teams and drive alignment
