We are seeking a sharp, independent Part-Time Systems Technician to oversee and maintain our property management software and digital infrastructure. If you are a natural problem-solver who thrives when given total ownership of your work, this role is for you., * System Administration: Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize our core property management platforms, databases, and client web portals.
- User Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and residents experiencing technical or portal access issues.
- Workflow Optimization: Ensure seamless integration between our daily operational tools, email systems, and Microsoft Office workflows.
- Independent Problem Solving: Proactively identify system inefficiencies and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, We need a self-starter who can walk in on day one, understand the unique flow of property management operations, and keep our digital systems running seamlessly., * Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly within the property management industry. (An understanding of how association management, or maintenance workflows operate is essential).
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively without micro-management.
- Core Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Windows ecosystem, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard cloud-based email systems.
- Web Portals: Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting web portals, user permissions, and digital customer interfaces.
- Direct experience with industry-specific platforms such as CINC, Yardi, or Vantica.
