Principal SW Engineer

• Ensure application meets the performance, privacy, and security requirements
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java, integrating relational databases like Oracle and DB2
• Support business and technical presentations in relation to technology platforms and business solutions
• Mentor engineering teams on best practices in software architecture, design patterns, SDLC methodologies (Agile), and modern web development frameworks
• Oversee system design reviews ensuring scalability, security (identity & access management), and compliance with accessibility standards; participate in requirements management and solution architecture discussions.
• Tune application performance to eliminate and reduce issues
• Verify test plans to ensure compliance with performance and security requirements

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 8 years of related experience

• Java development expert with at least 5-7 years experience
• COBOL is a big PLUS
• Agile Jira experience of at least 4-6 years experience
• ServiceNow 5+ years
• Autosys 4+ years
• Oracle, DB2 5+ years
• Financial experience is also a big PLUS
