Help Desk Tech II, Desktop Support II, Junior Systems Administrator

• Setup, mobile devices, computers and servers
• Support local and remote users
• Maintain/support network and server infrastructure
• Maintain/support Laser and Label printers
• Hardware and software upgrade (servers, routers, wireless, workstations)

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Network cabling is required. (Running CAT5, Terminating Jacks, etc)

• Knowledge of Windows Server is required
• Knowledge of VMware is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Linux is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic Networking is preferred (vlan, switches, wifi, etc).
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Must be able to be on a scissor lift that has a 36-40' minimum height
• Must be able to climb ladders to the roof which is up to 40' in height
