Job description

Responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all technology and facilities functions within Ben Franklin. This role administers and manages the organization's Technology and Facility Plan and Roadmap, ensuring systems, facilities and initiatives align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

· Administer, manage and oversee the near- and long-term Technology/Facilities Plan and Roadmap.

· Manages the Technology/Facilities staff. (Technology Technicians/Administrators and Facilities Manager)

· Establish and manage vendor relationships relating to Technology/Facilities.

· Prepare annual Technology/Facilities budget.

· Establish and manage vendor maintenance contracts relating to Technology/Facilities.

· Explore innovative Technology/Facilities initiatives for new approaches to meet the needs of Ben Franklin and its tenants.

· Oversee the selection and training of all new employees in the Technology/Facilities Groups and evaluate performance.

· Take a leadership role in Technology/Facilities decision-making process.

· Perform regular administration duties.

· Help manage and support current client relationships relating to Technology/Facilities.

· Ensure adherence to budget and compliance to all policies relating to Technology/Facilities.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunications systems?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · High degree of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic.

· Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, delegate and manage.

· Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Outgoing, business-like personality.

· Superior leadership skills such as organizing, problem solving, planning, decision-making and active listening.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software platform.

· Strong presentation skills.

· Extensive demonstrated experience in a wide variety of technology, telecommunications, core software products and Facility hardware, HVAC, electrical, construction, plumbing infrastructure., Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred and/or 15-20 years of information technology experience, plus 15-20 years of Facilities experience., * Bachelor's (Required)

Pay: $140,000.00 - $141,000.00 per year
