Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience with Hardware and LRU development, test and qualification
- Knowledgeable in subsystem design, requirement allocation and technical supplier management
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills across systems, hardware and software architecture
- Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting and data capture
This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Military aircraft program experience
- MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429 and Ethernet architecture and knowledge
- Flight Controls systems experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard., This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required., This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
