Job description

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, docking stations, and related peripherals.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and iOS corporate devices.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and break-fix activities.
  • Support user account administration, password management, and access provisioning through Active Directory.
  • Assist with Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Manage device provisioning, imaging, software deployment, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve operating system, application, connectivity, and hardware-related issues.
  • Support conference room technologies, video conferencing equipment, and workplace collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate device onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and configuration records.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards, security policies, and endpoint management practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, The role is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace technology. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, and a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure., * 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing (EUC), or Workplace Technology Support.

  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 and iOS corporate devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components, including:
  • Windows Servers
  • Network devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points)
  • Enterprise Applications
  • Endpoint Security Solutions
  • Storage and File Services
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with device imaging, software deployment, and endpoint management tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management processes.
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals, or ITIL Foundation.
