Job description

We are hiring a Tier 3 Senior Systems Technician with strong Azure and cloud skills. You sit at the top of our escalation chain, design and stabilize client environments, lead migrations and compliance builds, and mentor the team coming up behind you.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the final escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2
  • Design and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments
  • Architect Windows Server, Active Directory, and core networking
  • Build and test backup and disaster recovery
  • Lead migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects
  • Automate with PowerShell and lead our compliance practice
  • Mentor junior technicians across Northeast Ohio

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Five or more years in IT, including senior or top-tier escalation work

  • Azure certification AZ-104 (strong hands-on Azure experience considered, certification expected within six months)
  • Deep Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
  • Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking design skills
  • Backup and disaster recovery architecture
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus points:

  • Azure AZ-305 or CompTIA Security+
  • MSP experience
  • Hands-on compliance work: FTC Safeguards, CMMC 2.0, or SEC Reg S-P, * You must live in Northeast Ohio and work on-site daily at our Painesville or Hudson office
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship
  • Any offer is contingent on a clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
