- Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across various client locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance
- Configure and maintain computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), and firewall settings
- Assist with the deployment of operating system updates, security patches, and software installations using tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and GPO (Group Policy Objects)
- Support IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Windows Server environments, BMC Remedy ticketing system, ServiceNow, Jira, and network devices like Meraki switches and routers
- Conduct analysis of technical issues using strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Document all support activities thoroughly in help desk systems ensuring clear communication with clients and team members

- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows (Windows Server), macOS, and Linux
- Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, TCP/UDP protocols, DNS management, LAN/WAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and network security best practices
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Proficiency in using remote management tools like SCCM and familiarity with GPO for policy deployment
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure including Active Directory user management and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose issues efficiently and implement timely resolutions
