Technical Data Support Consultant

As a Technical Data Support Consultant, you support and maintain our clients' data platforms. You ensure environments run smoothly and you act as a reliable point of contact for customers., * Support and manage data platforms (Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, Talend)

• Monitor environments and help resolve technical issues
• Manage basic administration (access, configurations, documentation)
• Work directly with customers and respond to their questions
• Collaborate with consultants and technical experts

• Interest in data, IT or cloud technologies
• Customer-oriented and comfortable in direct contact with clients
