Job description

  • Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
  • Develop custom hosted controls using C#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
  • Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD.
  • Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UI?, * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

  • Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD).
  • Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
  • Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations.
  • Strong C#/.NET (WPF) development skills.
  • JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments.

Nice to Have

  • XAML and advanced WPF knowledge.
  • Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
