Job description
- Integrate data from platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CX systems, and other enterprise sources.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, batch and near real-time data pipelines.
- Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and observability.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to support reporting, AI, and business insights initiatives.
- Contribute to modern analytics and event-driven architectures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Proven experience in Data Engineering and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL, analytical data modeling, and data transformation.
- Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, REST APIs, and batch/near real-time processing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Data Lakes, and analytical environments.
- Knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality controls, and monitoring practices.
- Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
