Job description
As a DevOps Engineer you build functional systems that improve the customer experience. You are jointly responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers' needs.
We employ the latest technologies and are always seeking opportunities to enhance our products. In doing so, we contribute to a future-proof design across multiple applications.
The team develops and operates multiple customer premises equipments (CPE) for small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises using DevOps toolings for orchestration, monitoring and operations activities.
Simultaneously, we optimize internal workflows to ensure efficient integration and operation of the corresponding applications.
What impact will you have?
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and integration processes.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Monitor, troubleshooting, and optimize system performance.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams on application integration and environment setup.
- Document system configurations and operational procedures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Higher education in computer science or equivalent working experience in software integration and preferably experience in the field of SDN.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker (deployment, scaling, networking).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI).
- Manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience integrating applications and services (APIs, Messaging).
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Good working written and spoken English.
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Familiarised with messaging protocols like Kafka and MQTT.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Software development skills.
- Experience in an agile environment and proactive collaboration with international teams.

Allowances

Contract terms
- To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract
