Job description
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help socially driven organizations tackle complex challenges in the public and real estate sector. From supporting housing associations in making data-driven decisions about their homes (balancing renovation, sales, and making properties more sustainable) to enabling housing associations and municipalities to manage loans and gain insight into financial and interest rate risks, our software plays a key role in supporting responsible and financially sound decision-making. You'll have the chance to own and drive ambitious goals with like-minded colleagues, working together to build impactful solutions and solve challenging problems.
What do we have to offer?
We offer you the opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to have a real positive impact within socially driven organizations such as housing associations. You will work across the full stack of one of our web applications, contributing to solutions that support sustainable housing portfolios and sound financial management, from real estate decisions to loan administration and risk insights
As a key member of our team, you'll engage across all stages of the development process to drive high-quality solutions:
- Full-Stack Development: Refine, develop, code-review, test, and enhance features on both the front end and back end. Using Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, Angular and Spring Boot, you'll contribute to all layers of our web application, ensuring it's robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: As part of a team that values support, trust, and simplicity, you'll work closely with others to find innovative solutions to complex problems, sharing ideas and helping your teammates thrive. We prioritize making time for one another because we believe in collective success.
- Cloud-Native Migration: We're finishing up our transition from JavaEE to a cloud-native environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, contributing to our platform's transformation and enhancing your expertise in cloud-native development.
- AI-Enhanced Productivity: We actively explore how AI can strengthen our product development. With tools like GitHub Copilot, you'll automate repetitive tasks and get support while coding, while also helping the team learn what works and what doesn't. You'll think along about how to apply AI effectively, keeping humans in control and ensuring quality, responsibility, and maintainability remain key.
