Helpline Operator Part Time

• Assisting male victims of domestic abuse with a confidential information, signposting and support service.

• Directing enquiries from statutory and voluntary agencies to the appropriate contact and other administrative tasks.

Do you have experience in Empathy?, * Must have good interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and computer literate. Word, Excel, Email part of daily functions.

• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written

• Ability to provide occasional cover for other employee vacation days on a Wednesday and Thursday would be beneficial.

• Position is office based in Taunton. This role is not eligible for home working.

Full domestic abuse and bespoke internal helpline training will be given. Good references essential.
