Experienced / Midweight PHP Laravel Developer

We're looking for an experienced, midweight PHP Laravel Developer who is ready to step up, take ownership of products, and help manage projects from concept to delivery.

In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be part of the driving force behind our core products. You'll work closely with the team to manage the product lifecycle, ensure high coding standards, and help guide projects across the finish line. If you are a solid developer who loves building robust applications and wants to take on more project responsibility without getting bogged down in heavy DevOps or cloud infrastructure setup, this is the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Develop & Deliver: Write clean, maintainable PHP/Laravel code to build and scale our core integrated platforms.
• Project & Product Management: Take ownership of specific products, managing timelines, features, and technical delivery.
• Maintain Standards: Follow established coding standards and write automated tests to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate & Guide: Work closely with the wider team, collaborating on technical decisions and supporting junior team members where needed.
• Deploy: Handle standard deployments and release management for your projects., We're not just building websites or standalone apps-we create integrated platforms that transform how organisations operate. Our projects connect with cutting-edge services and technologies, delivering seamless, scalable solutions that make a real impact for our clients.

While we support hybrid working with 1-2 days a week from home, we will not consider fully remote applications. The right candidate will work in-house the majority of the time, collaborating closely with our team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Do you have experience in React?, * Strong PHP & Laravel Experience: A solid, proven track record of building web applications using the Laravel framework.

• Product Ownership Mentality: Experience (or a strong desire to grow into) managing projects, setting timelines, and taking responsibility for product delivery.
• Good Engineering Practices: Solid understanding of MVC architecture, database design, and clean code principles.
• Familiarity with Git & Deployments: Comfortable using Version Control (Git) and standard deployment workflows (you don't need to be a DevOps wizard, just competent with basic pipelines).
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Vue or React), basic AWS knowledge, or working with external APIs.
