IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support the company's IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, and end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure while providing technical support to employees and supporting business growth., Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers and workstations.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure availability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Network Administration

• Configure and support network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain network security measures.
• Support VPN and remote access solutions.

End-User Support

• Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, and software issues.
• Set up and deploy computer hardware and software for new employees.
• Manage user access, permissions, and IT asset inventory.
• Assist employees with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.

Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity best practices.
