Job description

A large construction and modular building company is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across its Westford office operations. This full-time onsite role will focus on troubleshooting end-user technology issues, supporting Microsoft environments, and ensuring smooth internal IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users across the organization

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments across multiple users and devices
  • Manage and support user accounts within Azure Active Directory
  • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets through the company's ticketing system
  • Set up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including user provisioning and equipment setup
  • Maintain documentation related to IT support processes and troubleshooting procedures
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary while ensuring timely resolution
  • Support overall office technology operations and assist with IT-related projects as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience

  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory
  • Prior experience using IT ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working full time onsite in Westford, MA, * This is a 3-6 month contract assignment, are you comfortable with the nature of the position?
