Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP MM/WM/SD Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Sales & Distribution. This role will support global supply chain operations by driving SAP process optimization, master data governance, inventory management, procurement enhancements, and cross-functional integration initiatives., Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM/WM/SD solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during implementation and enhancement activities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.

SAP Materials Management (MM)

  • Configure and support:

  • Material Master Data

  • Vendor Master Data

  • Purchasing Processes

  • Receiving & Inventory Management

  • Cycle Counting

  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

  • Batch Management

  • Special Procurement Processes

  • Storage & Inventory Control

Design procurement and inventory solutions that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Support subcontracting, stock transfers, consignment, and third-party procurement scenarios.

SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

  • Configure and support warehouse operations including:

  • Storage Management

  • Putaway Processes

  • Picking & Packing

  • Internal Logistics

  • Warehouse Inventory Control

Optimize warehouse workflows and material movement processes.

Support integration between warehouse and procurement functions.

SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

  • Support Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Configure and enhance outbound delivery and shipping processes.
  • Manage integration between SD, MM, and WM modules.
  • Support pricing fundamentals and sales order fulfillment activities.
  • Ensure accurate stock availability and allocation for customer orders.

Integration & Data Management

  • Manage end-to-end integration between:

  • SAP MM

  • SAP WM

  • SAP SD

Collaborate with technical teams on:

  • Supplier EDI Integration
  • Interface Development
  • Data Migration Activities
  • System Enhancements

Ensure data consistency across procurement, warehouse, and sales processes.

Testing & Deployment

  • Develop and execute:

  • Unit Testing

  • Integration Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Support production deployments and post-go-live activities.

Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Documentation & Training

  • Create process documentation, design documents, and training materials.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training workshops.
  • Maintain project documentation and testing artifacts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP MM along with working knowledge of WM and SD modules, enabling efficient batch management, material planning, procurement execution, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Proven expertise in MRP, Batch Management, and Special Procurement processes.
  • Experience working within global supply chain environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
