Job description
- Provide technical support to end-users across various departments, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems on operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist with computer management tasks including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support network administration activities such as configuring and maintaining LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewall settings, DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, and network security measures like Meraki devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory, GPO (Group Policy Objects), and help desk tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Support the deployment of operating system images using tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and assist with troubleshooting network issues involving TCP/IP protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to document incidents using Jira or other ticketing systems, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on unresolved issues.
