Job description
- Respond to IT support calls and tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and login issues
- Assist with password resets and account support
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience
- Call Centre or high-volume customer support experience
- Experience supporting Outlook, MS Office, and Windows 7/10
- Knowledge of Apple iOS devices
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Spanish-English bilingual required, * High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
