Job description

  • Respond to IT support calls and tickets
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and login issues
  • Assist with password resets and account support
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience

  • Call Centre or high-volume customer support experience
  • Experience supporting Outlook, MS Office, and Windows 7/10
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS devices
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Spanish-English bilingual required, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • IT Help Desk / Technical Support : 1 year (Required)
  • customer support : 1 year (Required)
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS devices: 1 year (Required)
