Job description
A well-established organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its team on a short-term contract. This role will provide day-to-day technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring systems, hardware, and software run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment., * Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 environments
- Support user accounts and access within Azure Active Directory
- Manage and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 2-5 years of IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Azure AD
- Experience using ticketing systems to manage support requests
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, * Do you have familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Active Directory user management?
