- Build AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and workflow automations.
- Analyze company data to create dashboards, KPIs, and business insights.
- Manage software systems, integrations, and databases.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business performance.
- Provide IT support and oversee technology infrastructure.
- Work with department leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure data security and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology management?, * Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience building workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or custom APIs.
- Strong data analytics and reporting experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
